Power Standards Lab and TUV Rheinland North America will cooperate on voltage sag immunity testing.

Emphasizing the new SEMI F47 standard for the semiconductor industry, the two testing organizations will
share clients and testing services.

TUV Rheinland is the leading world-wide electric power testing and certification company.  Power Standards Lab
is the leading specialist in voltage sag immunity, an increasing concern for equipment manufacturers as world-wide
utility deregulation proceeds.
